Base on co-efficient worked out in Foreign Tourism Survey - 2000

Analysis of the above table shows that more than half of foreign
tourist arrivals in Pakistan were for family visit (56.0 percent), followed by
business (21.4 percent), holiday/recreation (14.7 percent) and meetings/
conventions (2.7 percent). These four motivations combined together,
account for about 95 percent of the total arrivals. Very few tourists came to
Pakistan for other motivations, i.e. religion, archaeological/historical sites,
sports, study and health.
