NOTES : All departures from Makkah to Madina will be at (10) ten O’clock morning to avoid overcrowding problems, the time of the noon prayer and not enter the car ABOVE RATES ARE NET, IN S.R., SUPJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
THIS RATE IS APPLICALBLE IN CASE OFF ARRIVING BEFOR 72 HOURS OTHEWISE (100 SR WILL BE ADDED FOR PRIVET CAR , 500 SR FOR BUS ) TO THE AVALIBLE RATE.
IF THE GUEST HAS CHANGED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, 50% WILL BE DEDUCTED OF COST in case of privete car and 100% in case of buses.
ACCORDING TO MADINA AIRPORT MANAGEMENT, NO GMC WILL BE AVAILIBLE FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL .
The above prices include waiting 2 hrs at Jeddah airport (Then
the car will go back and deducted half price) If the guest arrived after that
will insurance another car with new price .
GUEST SHOUD PAY FOR EXTRA BAGS IF NO SPACE IN THE CAR OR BUSES .
If the pilgrims arrived in the hajj termimal is added to the amount (100) for a
car, or (150) to Hayes and coaster to remove guests from the building to the
main gate If the guest change any line surprised reported without enough time
(less than 15 hrs ) 50% will be charged , but if the car is already reached 100%
will be charged .
If the time of departure from Makkah after prayer must leave the guest One hour
before the prayer Because of ( Not enter the car after the prayer)
