Drive to Besham via the historic Taxila Museum. Continue through the winding roads of the Karakoram Highway along the Indus River.

Morning drive to Gilgit. Stop at the junction of three mighty mountain ranges: Himalayas, Karakoram, and Hindu Kush. Visit the Kargah Buddha rock carving.

Travel to Karimabad. Short stop at Rakaposhi View Point for a spectacular view of the 7,788m peak. Explore the local bazaar in the evening.
