He was a practising Psycho-analyst. Author of a number of books and articles. Died in 1994.

Q. M Aslam.: Educated at Aligarh and Cambridge. Retired in the capacity of Chairman, Department of Philosophy, University of the Punjab, Lahore. Previously he had been Professor and Chairman Department of Philosophy and Psychology, Government College, Lahore and then the Principal of the same college. His main areas of interest were Psychoanalysis and Religious Psychology. Died in 1981.

Represented Pakistan in the UNESCO sponsored South and South-East Asia Conference held in the USA in 1956; East-West Party Meeting held at Canberra, Australia; Internationl Philosophical Conference held at Venice and Padua in 1958 and the East-West Philosophers’ Conference held at Honolulu, Hawaii in 1959. Was a member of the American Philosophical Association (Pacific Division) and a Director of the International Federation of Philosophical Socities, Paris. Founder-Life-President of Pakistan Philosophical Congress. Died in 1965.
