insurance, purchase of rations etc., arrangement about special weather forecast by
Radio Pakistan and other miscellaneous matters. After completing these
formalities, the leader shall take from the said Officer a date for formal briefing. For
this purpose he shall give a minimum notice of 24 hours excluding Fridays,
Saturday and holidays. This preparatory work may necessitate a stay of about 4-6
days in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
