1. Package rates do not include Airline tickets
2. Visa services charges are Included
3. Visa processing time 15 days required.
4. While all out efforts will be made to meet passenger requirements, sometimes an alternate hotel or type of rooms may have to be offered
5. Any un-used portion of package services will be Non-refundable.
6. In case of any delay of change in booked travel dates, hotel cancellation charges applied by the vendor will be applicable.
7. Hotel will be booked as per normal check in / check out timings in K.S.A & any special requests in this regards or room view must be specified at time of package request.
8. Hotel rates may be changed without prior notice.
9. All transfers Transport from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel on Private Car
10. SELF ACCOMMODATION NOT ALLOWED.

Child Policy:
INFANT & CHILD 02 To 05 WILL NOT HAVE SEPARATE BED & SEAT IN TRANSPORT (AGE RESTRICTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED).
02-10 years child will be charge Rs. 10000.00
Above 10 years child will be charge half amount of Package cost.
Above 12 years child will be charge full amount of Package cost.
Infant will be charge Rs. 10000.00

Documents Required

1. Original Machine Readable Passport valid for at least 8 months, with 2 blank pages together.
2. Original C.N. I. C.
3. 4 Photographs, size 4 x 6 cm with white background & without borders (Ladies with Hijab or Scarf)
4. Medical Vaccination card for meningitis & Polio--- for less than 16 years only.
5. Affidavit for ladies whose relationship with male "Mehram" can not be established through Passport name.
