Executive Budget Hajj Package

TENTATIVE ITINERARY FOR 22 DAYS:

Package Includes:

Hajj orientation classes at Hotel Pearl-Continental, Karachi, conducted by renowned religious scholars.
Pilgrims are guided by the religious scholars throughout the pilgrimage.
Charges for Hajj Draft for Maulim and surface transportation are included.
Personalized guidance throughout the pilgrimage.
Meet and assist service at Karachi and Jeddah Airports.
Refreshments upon arrival at Jeddah Airport.
Stay at Grand Zamzam Tower Suites (5 Star) Makkah. Opposite to Bab Abdul Aziz (Gate # 1) from 25th Ziqaad to 04th D’Hijja.
Two persons per room during stay at Grand Zamzam Tower Suites.
Stay at Azizia apartments from 04th to 13th D’Hijja (including five days of Hajj).
Separate sharing accommodation for ladies and gents at Azizia apartment (4 to 6 persons per room).
Three meals a day during stay at Azizia apartment.
Stay at 3 Star Hotel in Markazia Madinah (Hotel Wissam).
Three meals a day during stay at Madinah.

Transportation:

Air-conditioned buses for transportation to and from the airports provided by Saudi Government.
Air-conditioned buses will be used during Atraf Ziarat and Hajj days.

Package dates subject to availability of seats from Airlines.
The package cost is calculated at an exchange rate of Pak Rupees 23.50 per Saudi Riyal.
Any increase in the exchange rate will be reflected in the final cost of the Hajj package.
T & C S has approved Hajj quota from Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Issuance of Hajj Visa is dependent on Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi Consulate. T & C S HAJJ & UMRAH SERVICES PVT LTD are not responsible for the delay / non issuance of Hajj Visa.
Number of days of the package may be reduced subject to availability of airline seats. However, this will not effect the package price.

Accommodation at Mina:

Separate air cooled with Gypsum walls tents for ladies and gents.
Carpeted tents with sofa cum bed.
Pillow, blanket, prayer mat and traveling kit provided to each pilgrim.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at Mina in buffet style.
Hot and cold beverages service available 24 hours at Mina.
Dua’s conducted by religious scholars.
Private wash rooms for ladies and gents Exclusively for T & C S guests.

Accommodation at Arafat:

Separate carpeted air cooled tents for ladies and gents.
Breakfast and lunch served at Arafat in buffet style.
Take away meal boxes for dinner.
Hot and cold beverages service available at Arafat.
Dua’s conducted by religious scholars.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

Only Pakistani nationals bearing a machine readable passport valid for one year.
Individuals having valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized national identity card).

Documents required:
Machine readable passport valid for one year.
Valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized national identity card).
Next of kin valid NADRA CNIC.
Computerized Form ‘B’ for children issued by NADRA.
Ten photographs (3 cm x 4 cm) with light blue background.
Medical attestation on form by authorized medical officer.

Payment policy:
All package rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
Full amount is due upon signing of the Hajj application form of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Payment is to be made by Pay Order, Demand Draft, crossed cheque in favor of M/S T & C S HAJJ & UMRAH SERVICES (PVT) LTD.
Any request for change in itinerary is subject to availability of hotel accommodation and flight and will result in change of the package price.

Refund policy:
After submission of Hajj application form to Ministry of Religious Affairs, the payment made is non refundable.
Hajj Draft amount will be refunded after receipt from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
As per airline policy, ticket once issued is non refundable.
