Transportation:
Air-conditioned buses for transportation to and from the airports
provided by Saudi Government.
Air-conditioned buses will be used during Atraf Ziarat and Hajj days.

Package dates subject to availability of seats from Airlines.
The package cost is calculated at an exchange rate of Pak Rupees 23.50 per
Saudi Riyal.
Any increase in the exchange rate will be reflected in the final cost of the
Hajj package.
T & C S has approved Hajj quota from Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Issuance of Hajj Visa is dependent on Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi
Consulate. T & C S HAJJ & UMRAH
SERVICES PVT LTD is not responsible for the delay / non issuance of Hajj Visa.
Number of days of the package may be reduced subject to availability of airline
seats. However, this will not affect the package price.

Air cooled tents with a gypsum walls.
Separate tents for ladies and gents.
Ten to twelve pilgrims per tent.
Carpeted tents with sofa cum bed.
Mini fridge and electric kettle available in each tent.
Pillow, blanket, prayer mat and traveling kit provided to each pilgrim.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at Mina in buffet style.
Hot and cold beverage service available 24 hours at Mina.
Fresh fruits served 24 hours at Mina.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility:
Only Pakistani nationals bearing a machine readable passport valid for one
year.
Individuals having valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized national identity card).
Documents required:
Machine readable passport valid for one year.
Valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized national identity card).
Next of kin valid NADRA CNIC.
Computerized Form ‘B’ for children issued by NADRA.
Ten photographs (3 cm x 4 cm) with light blue background.
Medical attestation on form by authorized medical officer.
Payment policy:
All package rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
Full amount is due upon signing of the Hajj application form of the Ministry of
Religious Affairs.
Payment is to be made by Pay Order, Demand Draft, crossed cheque in favor of
M/S T & C S HAJJ & UMRAH SERVICES (PVT) LTD.
Any request for change in itinerary is subject to availability of hotel
accommodation and flight and will result in change of the package price.
Refund policy:
After submission of Hajj application form to Ministry of Religious Affairs, the
payment made is non refundable.
Hajj Draft amount will be refunded after receipt from the Ministry of Religious
Affairs.
As per airline policy, ticket once issued is non refundable.
