• 1.   Package rates do not include Airline tickets
• 2.   Visa services charges
• 3.   Visa processing time 15 days required.
• 4.   While all out efforts will be made to meet passenger requirements, sometimes an alternate hotel or type of rooms may have to be offered
• 5.   Any un-used portion of package services will be Non-refundable.
• 6.   In case of any delay of change in booked travel dates, hotel cancellation charges applied by the vendor will be applicable.
• 7.   Hotel will be booked as per normal check in / check out timings in K.S.A & any special requests in this regards or room view must be specified at time of package request.
• 8.  Hotel rates are change without prior notice.
• 9.  One-Way Transport from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel on Private Car
• 10. SELF ACCOMMODATION NOT ALLOWED.

Child Policy:

• 1. INFANT & CHILD 02 To 05 WILL NOT HAVE SEPARATE BED & SEAT IN TRANSPORT (AGE RESTRICTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED).
• 2. 02-10 year’s child will be charge Rs. 15000.00 without Extra Bed
• 3. Above 10 years child will be charge full amount as adult of Package cost without Extra Bed.
• 4. Above 12 years child will be charge full amount of Package cost.
• 5. Infant will be charge Rs. 7000.00

Documents Required

• 1.  Original Machine Readable Passport valid for at least 8 months, with 2 blank pages together.
• 2.  Original C.N. I. C.
• 3.  4 Photographs, size 4 x 6 cm with Blue background & without borders (Ladies with Hijab or Scarf)
• 4.  Medical Vaccination card for meningitis & Polio--- for less than 16 years only.
• 5.  Affidavit for ladies whose relationship with male "Mehram" can not be established through Passport name
