Hunza marcopolo Inn is a very nicely kept mountain hotel in Gulmit village on Karakorum highway. Hotel is owned and operated by the Ex Raja of Gulmit who also has a museum of the artifacts from the olden kingship days in the hotel. One can stay in this hotel and do several walks in the nearby villages and glaciers. There are breath taking views all around the area.

Gulmit offers beautiful and apectacular short walks to Kamris, Andhra and Gulkin as well as long walks over the Gulkin glacier to Borith Lake. At Gulmit, the Hunza river can be crossed over traditional suspended bridge which leads to Shish kat. Passu and Batura glacier are located at a distance of only 12 Km. Traks: Jeep can be hired for a day trip to the following destinations.
