We also organize special pre & post activities for the participants of conference or event which includes special tours, city or town orientation, competition, Musical Shows dramas, puppet shows and many other programs can be organized.

On Show activities

During the show / conference / event we can arrange different interesting activities like treasure hunting, or lucky visiting card, fancy dress competition, most active participant competition, lucky hat or we can invite celebrities during the event to mingle with participants or can invite cartoon characters.

To enhance the participation and make sure the attendees got what we wanted to deliver we can arrange special activities like flash card questioner etc.

Post Show follow ups

Event organizers can be given a special web site link from where they can send follow up letters to participants by fax or email automatically.
