First held in 2005, the success of last Expo Pakistan in 2013 was manifested by the participation of a large number of local and foreign buyers who settled business deals estimated at US$ 1 billion as compared to deals estimated at US$ 690 million, the year before.

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan is the organiser of Expo Pakistan which will be responsible for organizing the 9th Expo Pakistan being held from February 26th to March 1st, 2015 at the Karachi Expo Centre.
