Canecelation and refunds.

Please refer to your email to see the cancellation policy. Most of the time all your payment is refundable if you cancel 24 hours before the date of the tour. Hotel bookings must be cancelled 48 hours of arrival time and are subject to first night cancellation charge if cancelled.

Refunds will be made immediatly by our staff in the event of cancellation.

No refund can be made in the event of tour cancelled due to force measure, act of nature or cancelled at the last minute.
