As of 10th September Dubai has announced opening of travel for fully vaccinated passengers from Pakistan, however there are some doubts, for example some people were denied entry despite having valid tourist visas, mostly families are permitted if all of them are fully vaccinated and hold vaccine certificates from NADRA.
