Van Rentals in Pakistan
There are several options for family cars and van rentals in Pakistan.
Travel & Culture Services only offers cars with driver. All our cars
are driven by experienced and well mannered drivers some of them also
speak a little bit of English too.
Mini Van Toyota Hiace is a small van that is
ideal for tours or family travel within Major cities like Karachi, Lahore
Islamabad Peshawar & Quetta or drive in other cites. We use Toyota
Hiace in most of our tours we also use this vehicle for quick airport
transfers and transfers between hotels and exhibition centers.
Nissan Urvan is an other type of van available for rent thru us it has
14 seats of which 10 are full seats and 4 jump seats
Suzuki APV is an ideal mini van available for rent

General Conditions and Information
Minimum Charge : Minimum charge is four hours plus the kilometers
driven.
Overnight Allowance : Overnight allowance of Rs. 400.00 per day is
charged for vehicles checking in after 00.00 hours (midnight).
Day Allowance : Day allowance of Rs. 200.00 is charged if the
total kilometers used exceed 100 kilometers and is charged once per
rental.
Daily Rate : Daily rate is for within city usage if customer
takes the vehicle out of the city then regular time & mileage rate
shall apply.
Automatic Confirmation : Automatic confirmation for available
vehicle groups if requested 24 hours in advance.
Insurance : Rates include coverage of all third party liability
together with cover for damage to vehicle. Additional personal accident
insurance is available at a nominal additional charge. All insurance
claims are payable in local currency and in Pakistan only.
Terms of Payment
We require a deposit depending on the length of the rental.
Identification Requirements
Pakistani Nationals are required to present national identification card.
Foreign Tourists or businessmen Passport and local hotel address.
Other information
All time and mileage charges commence as of when the vehicle leaves
the garage and conclude when the vehicle returns to the garage.
The chauffeur should be given a break for lunch and for dinner. In
addition , the chauffeur should be given a minimum break of six
consecutive hours during every 24 hours on duty .This is a necessary
safety requirement
The chauffeur will drive at a reasonable speed according to road
condition and traffic at any particular time. Under no circumstances
should the chauffeur be pressured to exceed the posted speed.
Under no circumstances will the vehicle be driven on unpaved roads. The
chauffeur has the authority to refuse requests to drive vehicle on unpaved
roads.
