Switzerland 7 Days Tour

Day 01 Morning flight to Zurich Switzerland. On arrival at Zurich airport you will be greeted by your friendly Thomas Cook Tour Manager outside the baggage hall. We shall then proceed for dinner at an Indian restaurant. Later drive to your hotel and check-in Hotel Olten or similar in Central Switzerland

Day 02 After continental buffet breakfast proceed to Schaffhausen to visit the Rhine Falls –one of the largest waterfalls in Europe. Get a close up view of one of the largest falls in Europe. Later sit back in your coach as we cross over into Germany and arrive at the breathtakingly beautiful lake of Titisee. This is the heart of the Black Forest, surrounded by dark fir forests, fairy tale woods and flowering meadows. Later get invited for a free demonstration at ‘Drubba’, the home of the world-famous cuckoo clock, and buy one for your home – a prized possession. Tonight, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Day 03 After continental buffet breakfast, day is at leisure OR you have a chance to join us on an adventurous ride to visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, for a memorable encounter with snow and ice – a high-point of your tour! Proceed to Lauterbrunnen/Grindelwald Grund where the excitement continues. You will be amazed at the scenic splendour that you see from aboard the cogwheel train, which takes you to a height of 3,454 metres to reach Jungfraujoch-Europe's highest railway station! Experience the magic of the mountains and visit the Ice Palace on top of the longest glacier in the Alps. Take a high speed elevator to the Sphinx observatory deck. Indian lunch will be provided. Later take a photo stop at Interlaken, a charming city nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the splendid Bernese Oberland Mountains. Treasure these wonderful moments and proceed to enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and drive back to your hotel. Hotel Olten or similar in Central Switzerland

Day 04 After continental buffet breakfast, we take you on one of the most memorable experiences of your Europe tour – visiting Mt. Titlis and Lucerne. Adventure awaits you in an all new cable car ride up to Mt. Titlis. Marvel at the world's first revolving cable- car ride, a truly once-in-a lifetime experience. Experience the snow and ice on top of Mt. Titlis. Do not forget to visit the new attraction 'Cliff Walk'. Next, we proceed to scenic Lucerne, where you will visit the Lion Monument and the Kapell Brucke wooden bridge. Tonight, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant before we proceed to the hotel. Day 05 After continental breakfast check out and proceed for an orientation tour of the Swiss Capital Bern situated on the Aare River, see the Swiss Parliament and the Old Town with Gothic Fountains. Next visit a Swiss Chocolate Factory to get an idea of how famous Swiss chocolate is made. Later, proceed to Vevey to visit the Chaplin Museum. Tonight, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Later proceed to the hotel and check - in.Hotel Eurotel Villars or similar in Villars

Day 06 After continental buffet breakfast, drive along the shores of Lac Leman to arrive at the beautiful Chillon castle – the fortress which dates back to the 11th century and made famous by Lord Byron, occupies a stunning position right on Lake Geneva. It is one of the finest and most visited monuments in Switzerland. Board your cruise and sail on beautiful shores of the lake from Montreux to Lausanne. On arrival visit the Olympic Museum a modern museum on the lakeshore of Lac Leman. The Olympic Museum has a huge number of interactive displays, which provide entertainment to children and adults alike. Later we proceed to Geneva which has the best of both worlds and could well be called the 'Garden city' situated on the shores of Lac Leman. On the city tour of Geneva where you will see the Jet d'Eau – the tallest fountain in Europe (weather permitting), rising to a height of 400 – 500 ft, United Nations building, floral clock, English gardens and International Red Cross building. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Later drive to the hotel.

Day 07 After continental buffet breakfast, we check out and proceed to Zurich Airport for your flight back home. Do spare a few minutes share the feedback.
