Turkey Visa Requirements

Passport valid minimum 6 months
3 Photographs white background matt finish 2X2
Covering Letter
Bank statement of last six months. (Ending Balance 4 to 5 lacs)
Bank verification Letter.
Salary Slip for employee
FRC (optional)
MRC (optional)
NTN Certificate
Chamber of Commerce
NIC Copy (A4 Size)
Current and all original Previous Passports.
Copy of 1ST four passport pages and all obtained Visas.
Process Time one month
Polio Certificate Copy
Personal appearances required at Gerrys Office.
Visa Fees 7000/-(Directly pay to Embassy)
Service Charges 2800/-
Travel Insurance 2800/4000-(depend on stay duration)
Polio card 200 charges
Personal appearance required
Gerry’s FEDEX Charges and embassy fee client directly pay to FedEx
Confirm hotel booking is required this will be given by us

Terms & Condition

Booking must be confirmed and paid however in case of visa refusal 80% of the payment for hotel booking is refundable.

Note : Tourism Fee not included above rates, which will be collected from guest directly

50% Advance Payment is Required at the Time of Booking and Remaining Amount before Departure.
Once the Confirmation Voucher is issued, The Whole Booking will be non refundable

BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS:

1- Request Letter to Consulate (on company letter head)
2- Invitation Letter addressed to the Consulate (for business)
3- Copy of NTN (Compulsory)
4- Two recent Photos (2 x2 – white background)
5- Personal Bank Statement last six months with bank stamp and manager’s signature along with Bank Account Maintaining Certificate
6- I.D. Card Copy
7- “B” form in case of accompanying children
8- Ticket Copy
9- Current & Previous Passports
10- Hotel reservation
11- Personal Appearance Compulsory
12- Visa fees/service charges: Rs. 8000/- w.e.f. 01st Jan 2015

TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Same as above without the Invitation

Note: Please give the names of Mother/Father and spouse’s name, date and place of birth, Residence & Cell Number.
Visa Submission Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Updated-03rd Jun 2011)
Processing time: 21 Days (Updated: 01st May 2015)
Traveling date should be after 20 working days (Updated: 21st Feb 2011)
If your application held for the approval from the Immigration the processing time will be for Four to Six working weeks.

Office Hours "Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Delivery timing "Monday to Friday from 14:30 pm to 15:00 pm

Above rates are net rates based on current fees should the respective country increases the visa fee same will be reflected to the above rates.
