Payment Security and purchase procedure.

Your transaction is 100 % secure. All the plots are registered with the registrar of land records at Islamabad Courts. Our members will get the registry, Intikal (Property Transfer) documents on purchase of plots.

Payment procedure is also very simple and secure. All prospective members are requested to visit the site first, see the site, select the available plot.

After selection of plot, clients would be required to pay 25% token money for confirmation of plots and would have to execute a preliminary agreement for the allocation and confirmation of the Plot. The management of the developers would reserve a transfer date for the client in the courts within three to seven days. Client would be requested to visit the registrar office on the decided date and the plot will be transferred on the clients name same day.
