Like many airlines, we offer a Frequent Flyer Membership that enables us to reward our most loyal passengers with discounted airfares and special offers. BlueMiles may be redeemed at 8,000 Miles. BlueMiles must be redeemed within 3 years of earning credit.

How many BlueMiles are need to redeem travel awards?
Once a member has earned 8,000 BlueMiles they may redeem those BlueMiles for 1 one-way domestic economy class ticket on airblue. International redemption requires 9,000 miles for one way economy. For more information, visit https://www.airblue.com/rewards.

How are BlueMiles tracked?
Our systems update BlueMiles accounts with actual miles traveled within 14 days after flight completion as long as the membership number is noted on the PNR.

Can BlueMiles totals be viewed online?
Yes. Members may log in to the account online (https://www.airblue.com/rewards) or call airblue at 111-AIR-BLUE (111-247-258) and a representative will assist them.

How do I create an account for a customer?
You may create an account for a customer by completing the online registration for them. You should provide your customer with their BlueMiles account number and the password you assigned them so they can track their account online or by phone. Once they have earned over 2000 miles, they will receive a membership card.
