Last minute changes at the airport

Changing Seats
Passengers may change their seats upon arrival at the airport. They may either take advantage of the Airblue Self-Checkin Kiosks (limited availability) or have their seats changed at the ticket counter.

Changing Flights
There is a per passenger charge fee to change your flight, as indicated on your ticket.
Can I get on an earlier or later flight on the same day?
There is no guarantee that we will be able to get you on another flight on the same day, however we will make every effort to do so when necessary. In the event of a late or cancelled flight, we will waive the change fee.

Missed Flights
We cannot guarantee re-accommodation. However, we will make every effort to get the passenger on the next flight with available inventory. (Change fee will apply.)

Denied boarding / DNB / Offloading Policy
Airblue makes every effort to provide seats for people who have a confirmed booking. Rarely, a seat may not be available at check-in on a flight that operates for which a passenger has a confirmed reservation and in these circumstances Airblue's denied boarding rules will apply.
