Pick up from your hotel or residence, drive to the old city visit the mausoleum of Shah Shams Tabrez a holy saint of Multan who did many miracles, later drive to the fort area witness the walls of ancient fort proving Multan being an active city since atleast 2000 years. Visit the shrine of Shah Rukne Alam and Ghous bahauddin zakaria, visit the view point and tourist shopping area later drive to Hussain Agahi bazaar crossing thru the famous Multan clock tower built by the British, walk in the bazaar and return to your hotel in approximately 4 hours.
